So Soxfest 2007 happened this past weekend, as you can see the highlight was meeting South Paw. While sox fest was really nothing to write about, just getting a few autographs and buying some merch I didn't need at all, the events prior and post soxfest were truly moments to remember.

On the walk in to soxfest two very amusing things happened.
The first was we passed a guy who was yelling at a bum.
"What are you doing? I am already late.........and you put shit on my shoe"
The bum was trying to clean this mans shoe, but put what looked to be like thick milk on the guys shoe, and it didn't seem to be wiping off very easily.

The next event happened as we passed several fellas enjoying a nice spliff walking down Michigan ave. of course I just laughed and mentioned how it smelled a little skunky out. An older lady then proceeds to talk about how there are skunks around. Dave decides to mock this lady and tell her stories about a city skunk that got on a train to Canada, I guess it was a true story, but this lady really didn't seem to appreciate it.

Post Soxfest
-booze was consumed
-toilet paper was found
-monkey in the middle began
-toilet paper everywhere
-wrapped toilet paper around heads and arms to become super heroes
-went to really expensive hotel bar, 15 dollar nachos
-went to bar to dance, ej got rejected, Dave made out with jabba the hut
-went back to hotel where a Maxim party was being held.
-went to sleep

I guess i didn't make that seem as fun as it was, however I got to the point where I didn't want to write again, plus the fact that I am at work, so I should probably concentrate on that instead of blogging.

Ok - so since I don't post very often I decided to change my template because with all the new features my old one just wasn't working as well. The sad thing is that I lost most my old comments, but I feel i might as well start fresh, and at least this time I shouldn't lose any comments because these are using the blogger interface. Anyway - I post a ton of videos through email and whatnot, I think from now on I may start posting them through my blog instead, it just seems like a better idea.

EJ is much more man than me obviously.

Well Happy New Year. 2007 is upon us. I am back at work after a nice week off, didn't accomplish a whole lot, but it felt nice. I am really catching up on 24 and I hope to continue that later on tonight. I had an excellent X-mas, as my wonderful girlfriend gave me a nice Ipod Nano, everyone else pretty much gave me money, so I bought myself a Macbook. While I probably still prefer PC's to Mac's I find that there is a lot of interesting software that I can play around with on the Mac, and well I guess it is worth the price of admission. For New Years eve, Leighan and I went out with the beautiful couple of Andrew and Beth, I guess we all are going to have to get used to eachother as we may be friends for a long time to come. Since the Bears were on we decided to make a trip to BW's for the evening, the game was awful, but the food/drinking was quite good. I really hate taking shots and I think that I may never do it again, I also have decided once you eat the apple pie drinking needs to end. I feel as once desert mode is upon you, it is really hard to get back into drinking mode. This is what Beths main problem was as for some reason she went Appetizer/Desert/Dinner, she really didn't drink much, but thats ok. Leighan fell asleep before midnight, and we had really bad champagne. Overall, it is really hard to keep up with this blog, I rather just post images on my facebook, which I will do when I get home tonight. Be very excited.
