Metal should be played at church

Now if you know me, you know that I love metal. Now most metal tends to stay as far away to Christianity as it possibly can. You could even go and say that metal was formed to oppose organized religion. However, music is music and whoever wants to make a certain style of music is free to do so. Obviously this means a lot of Christians started to make metal. I really feel no other style of music speaks from the heart more than a metal singer screaming at the top of the lungs, why else would they be yelling unless they were extremely passionate about what they were yelling about. Anyways, while my church plays fairly loud music for the standards of what typical churches play I can not say that I remember them ever playing any metal. My guess for why would be that most people are A. afraid of metal due to negative stereotyping and B. Can't understand a word that is being said. If those are the reasons I have though of a simple solution, display the lyrics on side screen while the song is being sung, I think that once people see that the lyrics aren't as scary as they may be presented they could appreciate the music for what it is much easier. Anyways, I am just listening to As I lay Dying and really wish that my church would sing the song "This is who we are"

Now this is who we are
I am no one's hero
For we are not the giant men
That some may think
You are faithful when we are not
So I'd like to tell this story
The way it is meant to be
Without the burden that's in our hearts
None of us would have ever found You
For You are faithful when we are not
You began a work
That only you can complete

Now this is who we are
I'll never know the answers
And I'll always wonder why

...Why we're given grace we'll never deserve
And a second chance that we will never earn
For there is nothing I can do to save myself

Now this is who we are
I'll never know the answers
And I'll always wonder why
But You have let me start again
I'd rather be called weak
Than die thinking I was strong

The other song that I feel would be awesome is one by Anah Aevia, who well is no longer around, but were a great small band while they lasted. Here are the lyrics for their song entitled "Emmanuel My Provider"

I will let your light shine to reveal such beauty...I will stumble but you
will pick me and I will say "oh father, my father, I am humbled before you. Your
grace strengthens me and I will walk with you all of my days. I will walk
with you thereafter."

As you can see both songs would be very appropriate in a church setting, but since they are screamed rather than sang they are deemed inappropriate. I don't quite understand this and probably never will.
